Long-term lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is often a lymphoid malignancy characterized by the proliferation and accumulation of experienced CD5+ B cells in the blood, bone marrow and lymphoid tissues. The analysis of CLL demands the existence of ≥five x109/L mono - clonal B cells of regular phenotype
